ASC-A Support provides a range of services and options to cater for the technical and software support requirements of organisations using ARCHIBUS software supported by ARCHIBUS Solution Centers - Australia.
ASC-A Support is intended to provide support for telephone and email queries related to day-to-day software operation. Annual support agreements can be purchased at the Prepaid, Premium, Extra or Standard level. The agreement is valid for 12 months. Casual support is also available.
